Virtual PA Support - diary and email management, administration, client liaison, document drafting, proof reading and editing, word processing, audio typing and transcription, travel arrangements, data entry, HR administration, presentations, mailshots, translations, expenses administration, call answering services (through our associate company)
Legal Secretary - regular, back up or ad hoc support for UK Solicitors
Lifestyle Support - arranging entertainment and leisure, taking on personal errands, personal travel, holiday care for your house, pets and plants, reminder service.

Our Rates
We offer a number of packages:
Pay As You Go
This will allow you to use our services for as many hours as you need per month.
£20 per hour for the hours worked.
Retainer Packages
This is purchased in advance each month for regular ongoing support.
10 hours per month - package price £180
20 hours per month - package price £340
30 hours per month - package price £480
One-off Work
This is suitable for those who require support on a specific project. Quotation will be provided upon request after all relevant information related to the work has been obtained.
Additional Costs
General office supplies such as paper and envelopes are included in the rates stated above. In addition the rate includes phone calls to UK landlines and mobile made on behalf of the client, lasting less than 1 minute.
Additional costs such as postage, travel expenses and telephone calls above the 1 minute duration will be charged at cost. Expenses incurred whilst carrying out large projects or custom jobs, eg. glossy paper, binding, colour copies will also be charged at cost.
Should you require Lia to attend your office, meetings or events, travelling time will be charged at £10 per hour plus railway fare or mileage at £0.40 per mile.
