How will I work with my VA?
Communication will take place mainly by phone and email. However if you are local to us, we will be able to visit you at the office at certain times.
What are the costs involved?
Outsourcing your administrative work means you only pay for the services and time you need. We offer a number of packages to suit your requirements.
How is time calculated?
Time is calculated and tracked electronically based on real time worked and you will be invoiced accordingly. A report with a breakdown of the time and tasks completed will be submitted to you.
What else will I be charged for?
You will be charged at cost for postage and other items as used, such as large print runs, high quality paper, photo-printing, colour copies, etc. Standard office supplies and phone calls made on your behalf to UK landlines and mobile lasting less than 1 minute are included in our standard fees or packages.
